Sea salt enhances the savory profile, while sugar and apple cider vinegar powder add a subtle sweetness and tang that promote perfect caramelization. Pink peppercorns introduce a delicate, floral heat, rounding out the blend with a gentle spice that lingers just enough.

For best results, apply Ember to smaller cuts of meat about 30 minutes before cooking, and to larger cuts at least an hour ahead—up to three hours for maximum flavor.
