Inspired by her love of two unexpected favorites—barbecue and pink lemonade—this blend captures both the savory depth of smoked meats and the bright, tangy sweetness of a summer favorite.
Sea salt enhances the savory profile, while sugar and apple cider vinegar powder add a subtle sweetness and tang that promote perfect caramelization. Pink peppercorns introduce a delicate, floral heat, rounding out the blend with a gentle spice that lingers just enough.
For best results, apply The Ember to smaller cuts of meat about 30 minutes before cooking, and to larger cuts at least an hour ahead—up to three hours for maximum flavor. Then grill, smoke, or roast to perfection. However you use it, The Ember adds warmth, flavor, and just the right spark to every dish.
